Using advanced polymer technology, Media Street have created an inkset that produces excellent colour and monochrome prints with the Epson R1800 printer. For years, the ability to be able to create professional colour and black & white prints from a single colour ink set eluded the ink manufacturers. But the arrival of the R1800 printer has changed this and both colour and monochrome inks to be produced with excellent results from the same ink. Media Street quickly capitalised on this innovation and released the G7 ink set.

We place great importance on providing our customers with excellent technical service. From a position of commerciality this makes good business sense, the photographic ink business relies on repeat business, and a customer who cant get a good print is not going to be buying much ink, nor is he going to be offering his recommendations to friends and other photographers. Custom ICC Printer Profiles
The quality of a print is not just down to the formulation of the ink, a correctly written profile and using the right settings prior to printing is also a major contributing factor. All MediaStreet inks are offered with a free ICC profile, written to suit the photographers ink and paper combinations. For customers who require the best possible print quality we recommend that a custom ICC profile is created, not only does this take into account the ink and paper being used, but also corrects any anomalies that are unique to each individual printer, the cost of a custom profile is small in comparison to the increased print quality that is achieved. Lyson have just released the new ink set for the Epson 1400. Using new ink development technology this ink set offers the user a wide colour gamut and exceptional longevity properties. When used with the Lyson Bulk Ink System, ink costs are reduced by 80%. Installation is simple and takes about 30 minutes.
