Who are we ?

Specialist Inks is part of the Apex Web Media Group, based in Bolton in the United Kingdom. Specialist Inks follows the same simple philosophy as Apex in that we offer high quality products that are extremely competitive in price backed up with excellent service. Yes, we know that this statement appears on most web sites, but we mean it.
Listed below are practices that we NEVER do.

  • Take payment before shipping the goods
  • Tell customers an item is in stock when it's not
  • Promise false delivery dates
  • Tell you your order has dispatched when it's not
  • Give information that we know is in-correct to make a sale
  • Fail to return your call
  • Act in a unprofessional manner

If you ever think that we have not complied with any of the above I want to hear from you. I hate companies that fail to offer the service I expect and who treat me as an interruption I won't tolerate and I don't expect you to. I expect you to be treated for what you are "THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN OUR COMPANY".

Payment Methods

We accept VISA, AMEX , ACCESS, MASTERCARD, SWITCH and SOLO. There are various methods you can use to place an order with us: You can order Online or you can call us on 01204 592071and place an order with our sales team. All products purchased from us carry a 12 month warranty.

Refund Policy

Apex Web Media have a no-quibble refund policy to cover products. Those items that are found to be unsatisfactory should be returned to us within seven days of purchase and will be refunded in full. This offer does not apply to partly-used consumables, however we operate a fair-play policy and are usually able to resolve consumable returns also.
