Q: With the Refillable Cartridges do I have to make any modifications to my printer.

A: No, these are simple retro fit cartridges that replace your existing OEMs.

Q: Do I have to remove the cartridges to refill.

A: The cartridges do need to be removed on the 9800, 7800 and 4800 for refilling and to have the counter chips reset, however this is no harder than installing conventional cartridges.

Q: Will I get an exact colour match.

A: If you use a profile Yes, both MediaStreet and Lyson ink sets have a different colour space to the Epson inks, however this is corrected with a ICC profile. For Lyson inks we are able to recommend a colour management expert who can carry out this for a very reasonable cost, with MediaStreet inks ICC profiles are available free of charge on request.
