Technical Support for Lyson Products
Using stable pigment compounds, the Lyson R800 inkset offers a real break through in inkjet technology. Colours are rich and accurate and tonal gradients are smooth. Both the R1800 and the R800 inksets do not over gloss the image like the OEM inks, they do however, reproduce an extremely accurate image. If the photographer wishes to add a gloss finish to the print he may do so by using Lyson Print Guard.
Custom ICC Printer Profiles for Lyson Inks
The Lyson ink for the Epson R800 printer offers the user an excellent colour space and fantastic longevity. To ensure that photographers get the best possible colour match, Lyson provide free generic ICC profiles and in most cases these are more than adequate and provide excellent results. However to get the best possible print quality and to be able to take full advantage of the colour range of Lyson inks, we recommend a custom profile. The cost of a custom profile is around £35.00, and full details are supplied with each Bulk Ink System.
