Unlike the majority of Bulk Ink Systems, this system is primed not from the ink exit port, but from a special priming valve at the top of the cartridge, this means that installation is a lot easier and no damage to the cartridge can be caused during installation. The system incorporates an air balance chamber in each tank, this allows ink flow to be sustained on large print jobs. Installation takes less than an hour and comprehensive instructions are provided.

Using archival pigment based inks on coated paper can be problematic, only papers designed for use with pigment based inks should be used. Lyson have developed a range of coated papers specifically for use with pigment based inks. The special paper coating allows pigment inks to bond to the surface, all Lyson paper is acid and beach free, which ensures that your prints will last a life time.
Available in both Pearl ( Satin ) and Gloss finishes.

Lyson have just released the new ink set for the Epson 1400. Using new ink development technology this ink set offers the user a wide colour gamut and exceptional longevity properties. When used with the Lyson Bulk Ink System, ink costs are reduced by 80%. Installation is simple and takes about 30 minutes.
