The Epson 1400 is the direct replacement for the 1290, the newly formulated inkset offers a much improved colour space of the 1290 and produces blacks which are richer and have a smoother transitional gradient.

The MediaStreet 1400 Bulk Ink system is extremely reliable and installation is simple and takes around 30 minutes. The design of the continuous flow system allows the printer to produce a high volume of prints reliably. Using a special neoprene seal at the base of the cartridge, ink leakage is eliminated. Unlike many other cheaper bulk ink systems the priming of the system is carried out via a special vent, preventing damage to the cartridge delivery mechanism.
