The Lyson Continuous Ink system is by far the most cost effective method to produce high quality photographic prints. Installation is quick and simple and needs no special tools. Users can easily refill the system by purchasing new 125ml bottles, each 125ml ink bottles contain the same amount of ink as ten normal Epson ink cartridges.

The Lyson Fotonic ink for the Epson 2100 is a dye based compound, while the archival properties of dye based inks are less than that of pigment based inks, the colour range is wider.

Quad Black
Lyson Quad Black inks on the Epson 2100 are toneable, giving the photographer excellent control over the image. For the light volume user Lyson offer the Quad Black in pre filled easy to use cartridges.

Cleaning Cartridges
Lyson Cleaning Cartridges should be used at least twice a year. The cleaning fluid breaks down the build up of ink that accumulates in the head, Cleaning Cartridges should also be used to flush your printer when you move over to Lyson for the first time.

Lyson Fotonic XG( dye based inks ) are available in individual 125ml bottles or as a complete set. Fotonic inks have a slightly wider colour range than pigment based inks, but they dont offer the same outstanding archival properties as the Photochrome inks.

Lyson Inks - Digital Monochrome Inks
Lyson Quad Black Inks
Before the release of the Lyson Quad Black inkset , creating an accurate monochrome print digitally was difficult. Using coloured inks to replicate black and white prints would result in an image that exhibited a colour cast. The Lyson Quad Black ink set combines a series of blacks, each with a different density. This allows the photographer to recreate an image with total neutrality, excellent tonal gradients and maintained detail in the highlights, shadows and midtones, all without a colour cast. Lyson Quad Black inks are also extremely archival and have been independently tested to over 100 years display life.

When used with the Lyson Bulk Ink System, ink costs are reduced by 80%. Installation is simple and takes about 30 minutes.
